Julia Gin is made for adults who enjoy it responsibly, and we treat your information the same way we treat our gin: with care. This policy explains what we collect when you visit juliagin.com, buy from us, or join our list — and what we never do with it.

Our website, emails and texts are intended only for people of legal drinking age (21+ in the US). We ask you to confirm your age before entering the site and before signing up. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 21. If we learn we have, we delete it. If you believe someone under 21 has shared information with us, email info@juliagin.com.

Payment card details are handled directly by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.

To run promotions, events and giveaways you enter

5. EMAIL MARKETING
We only email you marketing if you opt in. Every marketing email from us will:

Clearly come from Julia Gin, with an honest subject line
Include our mailing address
Include a one-click unsubscribe link

Unsubscribe anytime using that link or by emailing info@juliagin.com. We process requests within 10 business days, usually much faster. You may still receive order and shipping emails after you unsubscribe.
Our emails are for adults 21+ only. Please don't forward them to anyone under 21.

6. TEXT MESSAGES
If you opt in to texts, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing messages from Julia Gin at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel or HELP for help.

7. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TOOLS
We use cookies and pixels to keep your cart working, remember your age confirmation, and understand how people use our site. Some come from partners such as [Google Analytics, Meta Pixel — LIST WHAT'S INSTALLED], which may also help us show Julia Gin ads to adults on other platforms.

We respond within the time required by law, generally 45 days, and won't treat you differently for exercising your rights. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our decision.

California residents may also ask what information, if any, we shared with third parties for their own direct marketing in the last year ("Shine the Light").

10. HOW WE PROTECT AND KEEP IT
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encrypted (SSL) connections at checkout. No system is completely secure, but we work to protect your information from loss, misuse and unauthorized access.

We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes above, or as required by law — for example, order records required under alcohol regulations. If you unsubscribe, we keep only your email address on a do-not-contact list so we don't message you again.
